Institutional Research Request Form

    Please note, that most data requests require approximately 1-2 weeks to complete. If your request is needed urgently, please complete this form and follow up with the Office of Institutional Research at x7629 or email Sarah Follansbee at [email protected].

(i.e. "All graduates with an AA in Early Childhood Education, emails, Fall 2009-present" or "How many students have passed this class with a C or higher in the last 5 years" etc.)*
